In previous roles at Ordinary Folk, The Secret Little Agency and IDEO, she’s rolled up her sleeves and gained experience leading and executing the full spectrum of People & Culture functions all while fostering positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Rebecca is strongly guided by a people-first approach and methodology. She has a strong desire to bring the human aspect back into Human Resources and impacting positive change one team at a time.
